  I love Skyline, bit this one always rates poorly with me. For some reason, their chili seems really watery.

  Wow. Never been to this place before today. My waitress Liz Albers was so rude to me. I asked her for a small water. She then proceeded to verbally abuse me telling me that there's no such thing as a small water. How was I supposed to know I've never been there! If this wasn't bad enough I heard her tell the food guy to spit in my food. When the well mannered food man didn't spit in my food she then proceeded to hock a loogie in my 3 way and put 3 strands of her hair in it! Really good three way though perfect amount of chili would definitely eat here again!

  This was suggested to me as a "must place " to stop and eat. Although the establishment was impeccably clean and staff courteous, I wasn't a fan of the chili. I think it may be an acquired taste as it was a departure from your typical Southwestern flair. The Spaghetti layer beneath the chili seem to offer a balance that smoothed out the speed bumps of flavors. The Chili cheese French Fries were also an interesting choice. But who am I? I hear some folk love this style of chili so I'll upgrade by rating to a 4 star.
